Who we are
Director Alex Hare is an experienced executive and governance professional with a strong understanding of the public infrastructure, water and energy sectors, environmental performance, and engineering leadership.
With her extensive experience as an executive adviser, a grounding in field science and governance expertise, Alex offers a unique and comprehensive perspective for leaders. Her approach integrates technical knowledge and practical insights, with a holistic understanding of policy and leadership trends.
With two decades of experience in Aotearoa New Zealand and Australia, she has successfully led diverse teams in engineering, policy, economics, and science supporting them through growth, climate change transition, and regulatory change. Alex and the Generational team look forward to helping you navigate change and enjoy sustainable growth.
